About the webinar:
It’s generally recommended that all women should take folic acid when they are trying to conceive and during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Mainly because of its association with the development of a healthy foetus.
However, recent research has found that some women may actually utilise folic acid differently based on the activity of their MTHFR gene.
In this webinar, Abby explores the current research surrounding the MTHFR gene and provides an updated recommendation.
